**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Medical & Evidence (GM&E) Strategy Lead to represent GM&E on the Product Team (PT). This role is crucial for the cross-functional development and execution of our medical and evidence strategy, aiming to optimize asset positioning and launch readiness in key markets.
The successful candidate will develop and implement medical affairs and integrated evidence generation strategies to maximize asset value and patient impact. They will provide a consolidated GM&E perspective for strategic decision-making within the PT and related global project groups.
This includes contributing medical and evidence inputs, market insights and evaluations to evolve asset strategies and ensure alignment with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will analyse the impact of medical activities on regulatory decisions and market positioning.
Key responsibilities include fostering clear communication between PT and GM&E teams for efficient collaboration, consulting with experts across R&D, regulatory, and commercial functions to address business challenges and stakeholder expectations.
The role also involves overseeing the development of evidence plans and managing scientific symposia and publication strategies. Ensuring compliance and strategic medical review of promotional materials is also essential.
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in lung cancer and pan-tumour biomarkers.
