Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Field Production Missions to plan and coordinate operational activities.
- Support the timely and efficient execution of production plans, aligning with mission objectives.
- Participate and help with end-of-season and pre-season competency evaluations and trainings.
- Assist in all field activities, including planting, pesticide applications, and harvest.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED; valid driver's license.
- Ability to work during days, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in agricultural operations, production planning, or related roles.
