Tasting Room Associate

Job Summary:
FULL-TIME AND/OR PART-TIME ASSOCIATE: BAYERNMOOR CELLARS WOODINVILLE TASTING
ROOM

Bayernmoor Cellars, a family owned boutique winery and estate vineyard, is seeking a Full-Time and/or Part-Time Tasting Room Associate. Located in the Woodin Creek Village neighborhood of Woodinville. Bayernmoor’s tasting room exemplifies our philosophy of combining class and elegance with the warm and familiar. The design, wine, and food create an environment where guests want to relax and enjoy their visit. Defying Norms and Defining Pinot.

Tasting Room Associate responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing an excellent, educational, and professional customer experience that focuses on loyalty and return visits from Club members and neighborhood visitors
• Maintaining a space where guests love to visit and feel invited to lounge and enjoy Bayernmoor’s wines and paired food menu
• Merchandising, presenting, and selling Bayernmoor Cellars wines and Club memberships. Understand and convey the unique selling points of the brand and benefits of the Club
• Working as a positive team member. Helping out your coworkers to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Operating the Commerce7 POS system for all sales transactions and Club functions.
• Utilizing the Tasting Room reservation system to create timely and functional traffic flows, especially during peak days and hours
• Assisting with after-hours and private events, as needed

All Bayernmoor Cellars employees must be over 21 years of age, be able to stand for long periods of time, and be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds during their shift. This position includes evenings and weekends. A Washington State Food Handler’s Permit and MAST Permit must be completed within 2 weeks of hire.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour (not including tips)

Expected hours: Full-Time: 35 – 40 per week, Part-Time: 4 - 20 per week
