Entry level behavior management role open! We are seeking open-minded, trainable individuals who are willing to rise to the challenge of helping special needs children overcome significant behavioral difficulties in a school and residential setting.

Our dedicated direct care staff ("Teaching Parents") work a 3 day on/ 3 day off (72 consecutive hour shifts which include holidays and weekends) and live at the residential campus while on shift. During the school day, they serve as an Instructional Assistant at our school campus by supporting the classroom teacher as needed (grading papers, answering questions, behavioral support). In the evenings while at the residential campus, our direct care staff serve more of a "parental" role by nurturing relationships and helping with life skills (chores, meal prep, leisure time activities).

- Clear criminal history background check and drug screen
- Valid Texas driver license
