The Meal Site Facilitator will provide support to the Elderly Nutrition Program in Barnes, WI. This role involves setting up and taking down tables and chairs, serving meals, cleaning up, and arranging education and social programming as needed. The ideal candidate will have food preparation experience and a valid Wisconsin driver's license. They must also be willing to work a varied schedule and have customer service experience and/or experience working with the elderly. The successful candidate will be able to lift and transfer food-related equipment and product, maximum 25 pounds, and navigate in and out of buildings, up ramp, between tables, within kitchen and dining area. Effective communication skills are necessary to communicate effectively with staff, participants, volunteers, and vendors. Finally, the candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time while preparing food.
