Description
The Bayfield County Fair Summer Assistant will assist the Bayfield County Fair Coordinator with computer input of fair entry data, and other duties related to successful County Fair implementation. This position will work approximately 200 hours between mid-June and mid-August.
Examples of Duties
A. Computer entry of exhibitor information and judging results.
B. Assist with the printing, sorting and delivery of entry tags,
C. Assist with Entry Day activities.
D. Prepare materials for use at the Fair Grounds
E. Other duties that may be required.
Qualifications
A. Hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license, good driving record, and access to transportation adequate to fulfill position responsibilities.
B. Basic keyboard and computer skills.
C. Knowledge of 4-H program and County Fair (helpful but not required)
D. Strong written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
A. Required to sit and work at a computer.
B. May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
C. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
