We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with a business consulting / management background and experience in financial institutions (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, Wells Fargo, or similar firms). This role requires a strategic communicator who can manage senior and executive-level stakeholders while driving weekly program-level communications across a risk remediation portfolio spanning 13 workstreams (Cyber, Data, and Operations).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee a large-scale risk remediation program consisting of 13 workstreams in Cyber, Data, and Operations .
- Develop and deliver executive-level communications , including presentations, reports, and status updates.
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders , ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead Agile Release Train Execution (RTE) and drive best practices in Agile methodologies .
- Utilize Rally to track program progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage and oversee the program budget , providing financial oversight and strategic guidance.
