Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to support the implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials. This role will lead change across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption and integration of the new system
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of change management strategies for Oracle Cloud Financials across multiple workstreams.
- Drive communication and ensure alignment with senior leaders and users to maximize system adoption.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs for finance and non-finance users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Provide guidance on finance processes and support users in understanding system impacts.
- Gather user feedback post-implementation to optimize training and processes.
