Role: Paid Social Manager
Type: 6-Month Contract
Location: NYC/Hybrid (3 days onsite preferred); remote considered
We’re seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. You'll oversee campaigns for top brands, optimize performance, and deliver data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media strategies across social platforms.
- Collaborate with CRM and eComm teams for full-funnel campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and refine creative assets.
- Deliver actionable reporting and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Partner with teams to improve ROI analysis and social media strategies.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of paid social experience (CPG or luxury brand preferred).
- Strong skills in Excel, analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Facebook Manager), and campaign optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Bonus: SQL, Salesforce, or social listening platform experience.
