📢 This is a multi-year Operational Transformation across our 17 U.S. manufacturing plants—and we're looking for a Program Manager to help lead the charge. In this high-impact role, you'll drive end-to-end program execution, embed Operational Excellence principles, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
🟢 Lead the execution of transformation programs across 17 U.S. plant locations.
🟢 Coordinate strategy, milestones, and performance metrics across functional and site leaders.
🟢 Apply Lean Six Sigma tools (SIPOC, VSM, DMAIC, Kaizen) to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
🟢 Build and sustain strong relationships with Plant Managers, functional heads, and executive sponsors.
🟢 Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to drive adoption and engagement.
🟢 Track KPIs and ensure delivery of measurable improvements across the network.
🟢 Facilitate cross-site best practice sharing and continuous improvement culture.
🟢 Support the demand management process and portfolio process by professional analysis and reporting.
🟢 Assist with effective and efficient usage of program, portfolio & project management tools like Daptiv PPM.
☑️ Requirements:
✳️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
✳️ 10 years of experience managing large-scale manufacturing transformation or CI programs.
✳️ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
✳️ Expertise in SIPOC, process mapping, and operational maturity models.
✳️ Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
✳️ Experience in unionized environments preferred.
✳️ Comfortable with 10-20% travel across U.S. sites.
✳️ Project Management Accreditation (APMP, PMI, Prince 2) or equivalent preferred.
✳️ 5-8 years of Project Management experience in a large multi-unit organization required.
✳️ 3-5 years experience overseeing programs or large-scale projects, global teams, project managers, application leads required.
✳️ Experience using structured program/project management methodologies with agile SDLC methods.
✳️ Experience with managing in-house and contract staff; experience with off-shore development is beneficial.
✳️ Experience in organizational change management and proven ability to establish process standardization and driving accountability by ensuring compliance and governance.
✳️ Multi-lingual capabilities preferred.
