Role Description:
We are seeking a Program-Level Analyst to support high-impact projects by focusing on plan reporting and data visualization. You'll play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing information for defining project scope, business requirements, process definition, training, testing, and other documentation to support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of projects with a focus on data reporting and visualization.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action plans, and status reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, solve problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Gain insight into how projects impact systems, processes, and operations.
- Coordinate tasks across teams to support medium-sized initiatives.
- Ensure all project documentation meets current standards and procedures.
- Contribute to end-to-end project activities, including change management, training, and communication.
- Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Regularly update project plans, schedules, and UAT test plans.
- Ensure adherence to risk management and regulatory standards.
- Support internal controls and audit processes.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience as a project admin or analyst at the program level
- Proficiency in MS Project (a must-have) and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
