Role Title: Scrum Master
Employment Type: Contract

Preferred Location: Remote with travel as needed to NY
Role Description:
Facilitate the integration and configuration of general ledger processes in cloud-based systems, focusing on both ETL and business rule frameworks.
Requirements:
• Experience in banking and financial services industry is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale projects.
• soft skills: Confident, go-getter, able to lead ceremonies
• Understand how flow of SDLC works what terminology means- preferably with data- big data, data analyst, quality analyst, business analyst background starting off would be helpful
• Experience in managing large-scale financial systems migrations and transformation is preferred
• Proven leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and Scrum cadences and ceremonies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
