Position Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Technologies Architect to design and implement scalable, cloud-first supply chain solutions across Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), ERP systems, and related platforms. This role serves as a strategic technology leader—defining architectural roadmaps, driving enterprise integration, and enabling modernization through automation and cloud-native best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define the supply chain technology roadmap aligned with enterprise goals
- Lead solution design for WMS, TMS, ERP, and cloud-based platforms using modern architecture principles
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving innovation and operational improvement through technology
- Guide development teams through execution with high-level design plans, reference architectures, and standards
- Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance scalability, efficiency, and competitiveness
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, resiliency, compliance, and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise solutions, or system design in large enterprise environments
- Strong background in designing cloud-native solutions using Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems using API gateways, middleware, and event-driven frameworks
- Proven success in building and executing technology roadmaps and leading cross-functional development teams
Technical Skills
- Design of application architectures for cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, message/event-driven patterns, and legacy integration (batch, file-based)
- Experience with Azure PaaS, Kubernetes, serverless architecture, and microservices
- Strong understanding of both functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise systems
- Skilled in producing high-level architecture documentation and execution plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in supply chain systems: WMS, TMS, ERP, Order Management, and SCM
- Experience with implementation of platforms like SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan Associates
- Familiarity with warehouse automation, logistics IoT, and AI/ML-based supply chain optimization
- Background working in large, complex enterprise environments (corporate experience preferred)
