What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Marketer position at Bayhealth, Inc?
Bayhealth, Inc. is seeking a FULL-TIME Home Health Marketer who will build and manage business liaison between Bayhealth and patients, physicians, community organizations, and many more. The Community manager should be exceptional at communicating and presenting Bayhealth, as well as managing professional relationships with referral sources and the community.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the departments of Intake/referrals, marketing, and corporate managers
- Manage community outreach and relationship building (ie. launching presentations, marketing, events, etc.)
- Develop and implement strategic marketing sales plans that promote census growth, community recognition, and increase referrals
- Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, senior living facilities, etc
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers and referral sources
Qualifications:
- 3 years of field sales experience preferred
- 1 year of sales/marketing experience in home health preferred
- Track records of successfully achieving/exceeding sales targets, with demonstrated success in growing a territory’s business over time
- Valid driver’s license.
- Associate Degree or equivalent
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute
- Enjoys relationship building and networking
