**Responsibilities**
- Provide basic patient care, vital signs, blood glucose testing, hygiene, assistance with ADL's and comfort measures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Follows plan of care established by the Registered Nurse within a specified timeframe.
- Document all patient care delivered according to established policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
Must be actively enrolled as an ADN or BSN Nursing Student who has completed one rotation of medical surgical clinical in acute care setting. Basic Life Support certification is also required.
