We are seeking a Leasing Associate to join our team at our incredible 400-unit residential community. In this role, you will be the welcoming face for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process while providing exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet prospective residents and provide engaging tours of the property
- Assist applicants with leasing paperwork and ensure a smooth move-in process
- Build positive relationships with current residents and address inquiries professionally
- Maintain an organized leasing office and ensure accurate records
- Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
- Help plan and participate in resident events and community outreach
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Sales or customer service experience (leasing experience is a plus!)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Teams, Outlook)
- Experience with property management software is a bonus: Entrada, Appfolio, RealPage
- Availability to work Monday 8-5 Saturdays as needed
