Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Evening Shift

Duration:
13-week Contract
Start Date:

Schedule:
- Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- 5x8-hour shifts per week (40 hours total)
- Every other weekend and holiday required
Pay Rate:
$34/hr on W2
Requirements:
- Active NY LPN Licensure
- BLS Certification (current and active)
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, specifically in LTC
- COVID-19 vaccination card (or exemption)
- Two supervisor references including:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Title
- Facility Name
- Last 4 digits of SSN
