Shifts: 2nd shift – 3:00 PM-11:00 PM / 2:45 PM-11:15 PM
Pay Rate: $48/hr
Schedule: Every other weekend and assigned holidays required
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years as an LPN in Long-Term Care (LTC)
License: Active PA LPN License (physical copy required)
Certifications: BLS Certification
COVID Vaccination Card required
