Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity - Erie, PA
Facility: Southeastern Veteran Center
Location:1 Veterans Center Drive, Spring City, 19475
Contract Duration: 6 months and ongoing
Shifts: 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30, 8 hours shift after 30-minute lunch. every other weekend and holidays as scheduled.
and
3rd Shift - 11:00pm - 7:30 am with unpaid 30 lunch for 8 hours shift. Every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
Pay Rate: $48/hr
Schedule: Every other weekend and assigned holidays required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Local Candidates Only: Local can directly apply.
- If Travel candidates wish to apply they should have their recent fingerprint documents from the Pennsylvania Department of aging ready for submission, as this is a key part of the onboarding process for travelers as the client looks forward to an early start date.
- Requirements:
- 2 years of LPN experience in LTC
- Active LPN license for PA physical copy
- BLS Certification
- COVID Vaccination Card
- Two Supervisor References with:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Title
- Facility Name
- Last 4 digits of SSN
