Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Southeastern Veterans Center – 1 Veterans Center Drive, Spring City, PA 19475
Start Date: 04/30/2025
Contract: 6 Months (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $48/hr on W2
Shift Details:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (8-hour shift after a 30-minute lunch)
Schedule: Every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience in LTC
Active PA LPN License (physical copy required)
BLS Certification (must be current and active)
COVID Vaccination Card (required per facility guidelines)
