Location:
Seneca View, 220 Steuben St, Montour Falls, NY 14865
Position Details:
- Shifts:
- Night Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am (every other weekend and holiday required)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 12/16/2024
Pay Rates:
- Local (within 50 miles): $43/hr on W2
- Travel (more than 50 miles): $15/hr on W2 $1200 weekly per diem
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an LPN in an LTC setting
- Licensure: Active LPN license
- Certifications: Active BLS (AHA certified), COVID vaccination card required
- References: Two supervisor references with full details (name, contact number, title, facility)
- Documents: Full SSN and a copy of driver’s license
