Job Title: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Location: Wayne, NJ
Department/Specialty: Nursing Home
Duration: 3 Months (Ongoing Contract)
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rates:
- Travel Pay: 16/hr onW2 1,246/weekly per diem
- Local Pay: $43/hr on W2
Job Description:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
Additional Skill Level, Experience, or Other Requirements:
- Must be Vent/Trach (Ventilator and Tracheostomy) trained.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience in Long-Term Care (LTC).
- Active LPN State License for New Jersey (if compact license, mandatory to have NJ state license).
- Current BLS Certification.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption certification.
- Two supervisor references with feedback required at the time of submission.
