Salary Range: $113,625 - $75,750 (Based on experience)
Job Description:
Medical City Fort Worth is a 350 bed Magnet Designated hospital located in the heart of the medical district. It serves as a tertiary referral center for Tarrant County and surrounding areas, offering comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services in cardiac care, neurosciences, oncology, surgical services, orthopedics, kidney transplants, and emergency care.
The Nurse Manager for Ortho Neuro Med Surg will share 24-hour accountability for the Neurosurgical Medical Surgical Department and oversee the quality of care, staff supervision, compliance, and patient safety.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in ICU or Neurological Unit
- Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active RN license in Texas or Compact State
- BLS & ACLS Certification Required
- Experience in budget management, compliance, and staff coordination
