Bayliss Boatworks is currently hiring from all industries to join us on our mission to build the best custom sportfishing yachts in the world.
We are looking for a versatile individual with 5 years experience in the maintenance field to lead our facility maintenance efforts. We believe that our facility should perform at the same level we demand from each of our boats and should look as good as well. Therefore, we are looking for someone who takes the same pride in their work as our nearly 100 boatbuilders.
Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Facility Systems Design, Installation, and Maintenance
- Air compressor systems
- Ventilation systems
- Industrial paint booth
- Vacuum pump air systems
- Mechanical door systems
- Fans and motors
- Building and Grounds Maintenance
- Repairs and maintenance for doors, windows, and building exterior
- Repairs and maintenance for plumbing and HVAC
- Light electrical work including lighting, outlets, extension cords
- General landscaping
- Organization of all common areas
- Boat stand and block maintenance
- Equipment Repairs and Preventative Maintenance
- Marine Travelift
- Hydraulic Trailer
- Scissor Lifts, Forklifts and Boom Lifts
- Kubota and Golf Carts
- Facility Security Systems
- Building security systems and locks
- Fences and Gates
- Outdoor lighting systems
- Facility Hazardous Materials and Emergency Planning
- Hazardous chemicals storage and safety
- Propane tank maintenance and safety
- Fire safety systems
- Evacuation plans
