What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director of Equipment Services position at Baylor Careers?
What We Are Looking For
The Associate Director of Equipment Services will be joing a team that manages and oversees the daily inventory and maintenance of all equipment items for the athletics department. The position will be assinged at minimum 2 Olympic sports to work with throughout the year, as well as assist wth football practices and competitions.
What Will You Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
- Nike orders and inventory for assigned teams
- Football practice and gameday set up
- Work both home and away football competitions
- Laundry shifts.
- Flexible work schedule is needed as this position will be asked to work weekends and in some instances holidays
- Participates in the establishment of unit, department, or university-wide written plans, policies and procedures.
- Adheres to all institution, conference and NCAA rules and regulations
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
