What We Are Looking For
Baylor University is seeking an Associate Director of Graduate Enrollment who will support the mission of the university by managing the recruitment cycle to meet enrollment goals for each individual program within the Hankamer School of Business Graduate Office.
A Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience are required. A Master’s degree and five years of relevant work experience is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.
Remote/hybrid work arrangements will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
*All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
- In conjunction with communications team, create and implement recruitment communications plans that include dynamic email campaigns, targeted text messaging, print mailings, event invitations, and scripts for phone and text outreach
- Partner with the Director of Graduate Enrollment to identify strategies for increasing enrollment and intentionally create recruitment plans encompassing travel, marketing, and communication
- Analyze data to adjust recruitment strategy and messaging as needed
- Align policies and procedures with Baylor partners and maintain accurate records of enrollment policies and procedures
- Respond to any escalated prospect question and provide resources and assistance to prospective students
- Develop and maintain relationships with Graduate School, Graduate Professional Education, and Center for Global Engagement to understand University admission requirements
- Provide guidance on recruiting events and outreach on the Baylor campus and with external parties
- Oversee follow up communication to applicants
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of enrollment management processes, standards, and trends
- Have strong technology proficiencies and CRM experience, preferably with Slate
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Use analytical and critical thinking skills to manage data with a high level of accuracy
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Ability to comply with university policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance

The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. The full salary range for this position classification is $61,883.47 - $102,107.73
This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certification, analysis of internal equity, and other business and organizational needs.
