Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is looking to hire a Work Strategies Specialist/Athletic Trainer for Fed Ex at the DFW Airport. Job responsibilities for this position include OnSite coverage of an industrial client: Early Symptom Intervention, Ergonomic Risk Analysis and injury prevention services. This position is ideal for a well-organized candidate with a diverse scope of interests and the ability to work independently. Industrial experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for OnSite coverage for industrial client 40 hrs/week.
- Design and implement injury prevention programs for the industrial setting.
- Early Symptom Intervention for work-related discomforts providing first aid services as appropriate.
- Ergonomic Risk Analysis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year clinical experience, Industrial setting experience a plus
- BS Degree REQUIRED
- American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification
- Licensed Athletic Trainer State of Texas (required)
- BOC certified- preferred but not required
