Plant Operations Tech / Plant Operations / FT
The Plant Operations Tech is responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and space under all Plant Operations departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals. The Plant Operations Tech works under the supervision of and in coordination with the Director of Plant Operations. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors. The Plant Operations Tech assists the Director of Plant Operations in identifying and remedying all issues concerning the Plant Operations department. The Tech works to meet departmental and facility goals.
Qualifications :
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of repair and maintenance of equipment found in a hospital setting other than that maintained by Bio-Med services.
- Good aural activity to detect malfunctions of equipment.
- Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
