Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Hillcrest is seeking a skilled MRI Tech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and maintaining accurate records of patient information. They will also be required to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent and have less than one year of experience in the field. Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT(MR)) or Radiography (ARRT(R)) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) is highly preferred. In addition, they must demonstrate strong technical skills, including the ability to operate MRI equipment safely and efficiently, and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, showing empathy and compassion in all interactions.
