Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center Hillcrest.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a patient care plan after conducting a thorough evaluation of a patient's injuries.
- Provide emergency care, including bone setting, blood transfusions, wound care, medication administration, and other essential medical interventions.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- 1 year of experience as an ER nurse or in a related field.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
36 hours per week, 3x12 night shifts.
