SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR (FT) – MAIN
Full-Time Switchboard Operator – The PBX operator position is responsible for ensuring reliable and consistent service to all patients, staff and Providers. The PBX operator must be able to handle a high volume of calls, route these to the proper department, as well as greet every patient, customer and vendor that arrives at our facility. There are various clerical and administrative tasks involved. This position is responsible for activating code and alarm procedures which can involve handling emergency situations. Excellent communication, customer service skills, computer and organizational skills, and a professional appearance are required. You must be able multitask under pressure. 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
