What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance position at Baylor Trucking?
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
1. Clean, wash, and detail equipment to the quality standards set by management.
2. Complete basic maintenance functions like painting, changing lights, and other minor repairs
3. Grounds keeping work including mowing, weed eating, watering, weeding, and snow removal.
4. Run errands for the shop or other departments including transporting parts, people, or items from one location to another. Company vehicle will be provided for these tasks.
5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
6. Assist with projects and setup for events
7. Occasional overtime as business needs dictate
8. Maintain the cleanliness of driver’s lounge, restrooms, and other public spaces
9. Able to work with little or no supervision.
Qualifications: Valid Driver’s License. Willingness to learn and take direction.
Physical Demands: This position would require lifting up to 75 lbs. and ability to withstand temporary temperature extremes.
