Key Responsibilities
- Direct Supervision: Provide 24-hour direct supervision to clients, enforcing policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Clinet Support: Offer growth opportunities, encouragement, and support based on the application of the 12 Steps into real-life situations.
- Transportation: Transport clients to and from 12 Step meetings, medical appointments, and other essential activities.
- Documentation: Document observed behavioral issues and assist with new client admissions.
