About the Role
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and counselor supervisor to develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Coordinating clinical activities, including meetings and staffing sessions.
- Monitoring client care and ensuring compliance with agency policies.
- Developing and maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling or related field.
- Required licensure: LSW, LPC, or LCSW eligible.
- Experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults with mental health diagnoses.
- Demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward patients.
- Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen.
