Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Substance Abuse Counselor/Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with chemically dependent individuals and demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental attitude toward our patient population.
Duties include conducting initial assessments and evaluations, completing bio-psychosocial assessments, facilitating intakes, establishing and reviewing treatment plans, developing aftercare and discharge plans, and providing individual and group counseling services.
