Job Summary
\This is a per diem position for a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse to work as a Medication Dispensing Specialist. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals with substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing medication inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Calibrating and maintaining dispensing equipment.
- Providing daily patient assessments and documenting treatment information.
- Assisting Nursing Supervisor with orientation of new nursing staff.
