Full Time IT Support Specialist - Lewisville, TX
BayMark Health Services is currently seeking a motivated, qualified, knowledgeable IT Professional. Primary responsibilities include user hardware & software support, installation of computer systems & software, configuration, new user account creation and printer support.
Responsibilities :
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to understanding customer requirements as well as business objectives
- Commitment to supporting new technology implementation
- Patience and ability to train users in both new and existing IT systems
- Constant willingness to provide assistance with technical issues, as needed
- Problem solving skills to revise existing systems and suggest improvements
- Ability to document solutions to issues
- Ability to work onsite
- Participate in an On-Call rotation which requires after hours and weekend coverage
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests sent in through the help desk software
- Providing technical support for all departments across multiple physical locations
- Ability to travel 1-3 days when required
