Hotel Receptionist

Baymont by Wyndham Cambridge is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Clerk for fill-in night audit position 11pm - 7am - two days per week and maybe an additional 3pm-11pm position as well. If you aren't able to work weekends please do not apply. Desirable candidate would have previous but not required. However candidate must have excellent customer service skills and possess a positive and friendly attitude and can stay calm if dealing with a challenging guest. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, utilizing your core skills in customer service, to provide exceptional service. Join our team and be a vital part of creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and reservations.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
