Responsibilities

- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Oversee residential painting projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to timelines.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or residents during maintenance activities.
- Supervise junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in electrical work, welding, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for efficient work order management.
- Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
