Hotel Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a basic maintance background and be capable of performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Person will ensure that all equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition, contributing to a safe and efficient environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
• Fabricate parts as needed to support maintenance operations.
• Conduct inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents.
• Assist in residential painting projects as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various issues.
• Leadership skills to guide less experienced staff or coordinate with team members.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with residents and staff.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices, including basic electrical work, plumbing etc

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.75 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Commute:

• Farmington, MO 63640 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Farmington, MO 63640: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
