We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position is responsible for managing guest services, performing accounting tasks, and maintaining the overall security of the hotel. Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, reservations, and billing information.
- Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including phone inquiries and correspondence.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in front desk operations and guest relations.
- Familiarity with accounting principles related to hotel operations is advantageous.
