Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of storage areas for cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Housekeeping cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
