Baymont Inn & Suites is looking for a Guest Service Night Agent with enthusiastic and high energy with "personality plus". The successful applicant must be able to guide our guests throughout all stages of their stay showing superior care and concern for their satisfaction and well-being, while serving them as a Front Desk Attendant.
Responsibilities of a Front Desk Attendant/Night Audit include registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and smooth checkout. Stop by and complete an application. Qualifications for a Front Desk Attendant:
- Make this is your second job / part time and earn additional income.
- Multiple weekend and weekday shifts available.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel-related experience preferred. Wyndham preferred.
- Excellent customer and guest service skills.
- Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
- Skilled in use of a computer and related software.
- Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit, check cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures. Able to properly secure guest information.
- Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures within the hotel.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, 20 - 40 hours per week. Flexible is a major plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
