Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team (with minimum experience of 1 years of work in hotel industry) . As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office management or front desk role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
