Job Duties:
- Work closely with GM on creating schedules
- Daily report management
- Assist in overseeing Front Desk Department
- Assist in service recovery and resolve any issues
- Answer guest's questions and requests
Requirements:
- GED or Diploma
- Prior experience is preferred
- Wyndham experience is preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Work well in a team environment
