***Mid America Lodging Group seeking a GM/Hotel Manager for our Baymont Inn & Suites in Battle Creek MI****
- This role requires a 6 day work week, 9 hours daily, one weekend off per month with healthcare, vacation, and commission on revenue increases year over year.
- The GM is responsible for ensuring that all departments are adequately staffed and running efficiently per the brand standards as well as the company's requirements.
- The leader handles staffing needs, inventory, billing, AR accts, scheduling, rate structures, brand communication and customer care.
GM certifications with IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Choice, and Wyndham will allow for a higher starting annual salary. Candidates MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of experience to be considered for this role.
Candidates must be ready to assume role by within two weeks of accepting position.
