Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing machinery, equipment,
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions or breakdowns
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Basic understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
