Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process reservations and cancellations
- Prepare daily reports for hotel management
- Assist with security procedures during the night hours
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.05 per hour
