Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper associates to join our team. As a Housekeeper associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and appearance of guest rooms and common areas to ensure our hotel consistently exceeds guest expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and replacing linens.
- Sanitize and clean bathrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure all amenities are restocked.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways, stairways, and other public areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards in rooms and common areas.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by arranging room decor, amenities, and furniture neatly.
- Manage housekeeping carts and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Follow hotel procedures for lost-and-found items and guest requests.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle bending, lifting, and extended periods on your feet.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
