Job Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Jira Confluence Administrator to lead and manage Atlassian tools, ensuring seamless business operations and user support.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead tool usage, best practices, and implementation strategies
✅ Document technical solutions aligned with enterprise goals
✅ Identify and address gaps between current and desired end states
✅ Support users and ensure system performance
✅ Provide escalation support for technical issues
✅ Assist with delivery management and process enforcement
✅ Conduct scheduled and on-demand demos & training
✅ Collaborate with internal and external teams
Qualifications
✔ 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk)
✔ Expertise with 3rd party add-ons (Structure, Insight, Zephyr, etc.)
✔ Process-driven mindset with experience enabling enterprise processes in Jira/Confluence
✔ Experience configuring and supporting integrations with development tools
✔ Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile frameworks
✔ Understanding of networking terms and tools
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong time management and multitasking skills
✔ Excellent communication & collaboration skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree required
✔ Prior experience in Atlassian administration
