Content Developer

BayOne Solutions seeks a skilled Content Developer to create high-quality IT documentation deliverables. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Technical Writing, content management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a wide range of IT documentation deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
• Apply knowledge of PG&E policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Maintain Company Guidance Document Management (GDM) standards.
• Familiarize yourself with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in English, Technical Writing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
